Our Vision and mission:

FOUNDATION: 1 Corinthians 12, Romans 12, and Ephesians 4 to help people “walk out” 1 Corinthians 13 and

John 17 in their relationships.

WHAT: We help build richer, healthier, more whole relationships.

WHY: At Designed for Unity, we firmly believe that relationships suffer due to a lack of understanding regarding the reasons for the inherent design differences among individuals. This lack of awareness paves the way for deception from the enemy, misunderstandings, and incorrect assumptions about each other's intentions, ultimately hindering effective communication and fostering divisions that erode trust.

Our mission at Designed for Unity is to bring awareness to the truth behind these design differences in people. We strive to promote acceptance and celebration of each individual's uniqueness while offering biblical perspectives on cultivating healthier relationships. Through our efforts, we aim to build bridges of understanding and unity among people.

WHO: The central relationships that we focus on are marriages and lead teams within the local church.

Marriage is designed to be the foundational relationship of all society. Building health, authenticity and

longevity into that relationship will positively impact generations of people within all of society’s institutions.

We focus on lead teams within the local church because as the functioning leadership of the body of Christ, it

is imperative that these teams model an authentic unity to the people they lead to help draw society into a

growing relationship with Jesus Christ.

HOW: We walk our design-oriented emphasis out through focus on three areas:

• Helping to lead multiple Spring and Fall 12-week small groups annually within the local church.
• Training and equipping other couples to duplicate that process.
• Inspiring churches to adopt this vision on marriages, from the leadership to the newest members.
